We’ve been around a long time…since 1790! Established here on the Eastern Shore of Virginia by a young traveling preacher, Elijah Baker, who was known as “rough and ordinary” and “overflowing with the Spirit”, we’re here to stay. We are conveniently located near Onancock, Painter and Melfa. You’ll find us just down the road from the Eastern Shore Yacht & Country Club.
Our Spirit still overflows! Join us on Sunday at 9:45 am for Sunday School for all ages. You’ll find our Children’s Building classrooms to be a fun, colorful, safe and educational. Adult classes are in our recently completed Ministry Center. Morning Worship follows at 11 am in our historic Sanctuary, said to have been created by a Master Shipbuilder over 200 years ago.
